Andrew is a Senior Associate at ShangBay Capital where he is responsible for supporting portfolio companies and Partners, deal sourcing, due diligence, investor relations, and operations.

 

Previously, he worked at Verizon Media Group (merger of Yahoo & AOL), where he worked on a variety of strategic and finance operational engagements during the integration and post-integration period. His experiences include due diligence, deal sourcing, corporate finance, and venture screening.

 

Andrew holds a B.S.c. in Finance from Santa Clara University - Leavey School of Business.
